We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. All orders normally ship within 1 business day via USPS First Class Parcel or First Class International.

Standard domestic delivery time is 2-7 days from the ship date. We generally ship the same day or within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. You will receive the USPS tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.

International Orders

For international orders, the standard delivery time for First Class International packages is generally 2-4 weeks from the ship date. Although most international shipments go smoothly, some packages may be delayed due to the customs clearance process. You will receive the “Customs ID” (ex: LN#########US) in the shipment confirmation email. The Customs ID allows you to view package acceptance (proof of shipment) and any tracking points in the United States. Tracking stops once the package leaves the US.

There may be duties, taxes, and/or handling charges imposed on your order which are not reflected in our prices. Please check with your local Customs Office to obtain a list of these charges. GoGo Heel is not responsible for any customs fees and/or delays that may arise. Due to customs clearance delays, delivery time is not guaranteed. To avoid delays, please be sure to provide an accurate shipping address!

If you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase on, please return the product within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund. For international orders, we unfortunately cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once your return is received, you’ll receive an email that a credit was applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post on your account. If you are shipping items over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


To exchange sizes, please follow the instructions below.

1. Create a new order on for the new size(s).
2. Send back the unwanted item(s) to the return address above.

Once we receive the return, we will issue you a full refund & send a refund confirmation email. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. If you are shipping items over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refused Packages

Orders that are refused or returned due to an invalid shipping address will be charged the original shipping plus any return shipping costs. Any remaining balance will be refunded back to you.

Sales Tax

Under California law, we collect sales tax on orders shipped to California.
